Cooperative Purchasing Programs
BuyBoard National Purchasing Cooperative is an online purchasing cooperative that provides members with access to thousands of items that have gone through a competitive procurement process, which eliminates the time and cost associated with placing bids.
This program also saves time by allowing customers to purchase an array of products from one location. Awarded vendors offer members a set discount. Grounds For Play’s discount for BuyBoard members is 10% off our MSRP catalog prices. BuyBoard members include school districts, cities, counties, universities, other governmental agencies, and non-profit organizations.
Through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC), Grounds For Play has been fully evaluated and approved as a supplier to HGACBuy, which is a government-operated cooperative purchasing program that any state and local government can use.
Formed in 1975, it is a nationwide procurement service that now has over 7,500 members. The H-GAC is a regional council of governments operating under the laws of the state of Texas. The H-GAC Board awards all contracts, which can then be made available to local governments nationwide.

Region 6 Education Service Center
Region 6 Education Service Center (ESC6) is an online electronic procurement system that allows members to purchase products from registered vendors. ESC6 notifies the registered vendors of applicable bid opportunities and allows those vendors to electronically submit bids to ESC6 and some of its members.
Our parent company, Superior International Industries, is a member of ESC6 and Grounds For Play equipment is available at a 10% discount.
Marlin Leasing provides financing on commercial equipment for small and mid-size businesses. Their customers include equipment dealers, manufacturers, distributors, and small business establishments. Marlin has an exclusive financing service with our parent company, Superior Recreational Products, so Grounds For Play equipment will be available through this service.
