Sidney Fischer Park

Sidney Fischer Park

Fischer is a 10-acre oceanfront park located in Cocoa Beach, Florida that's perfect for families. You can enjoy a picnic and swim in the Atlantic while taking advantage of the park's roughly 200 parking spaces, picnic pavilions, and shower and restroom facilities. The park is named after Sidney Fischer, who was the mayor of Cocoa Beach from 1956 to 1960. If you're lucky, you may even be able to witness a rocket or space launch from this location. It's a great opportunity to experience something truly special while enjoying the comfort of the beautiful coastline.

Sidney Fischer Park is a great place for kids to burn off some energy while parents can relax nearby. Grounds For Play installed a colorful, recycled playground with a variety of slides, climbers, and an overhead ladder that children can learn to master with practice. All components of this playground encourage children to take on new challenges with these age-appropriate playground components. The playground also features two hard-top integrated roofs to keep the harsh Florida sun at bay. Grounds For Play has delivered the perfect playground that's filled with primary colors, yet still has a natural feel to the play area.
