Gambrills, Maryland

The Goddard School in Gambrills, Md., is a childcare facility that focuses on education and early childhood development. In partnership with Grounds For Play, we were able to provide them with an educational outdoor play environment that incorporates nature play, dramatic play, and physical play.

Within their outdoor learning center, Cedar Logs are stationed around a deck that children can use to engage in dramatic play while also incorporating natural elements into the play environment. An Outdoor Weather Station features a thermometer and interactive knobs that help children learn about the weather. The musical play area features the Lady Bug Drum and other play instruments. The fun Triple Toss encourages children to get active and develop growing muscles.
